We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Permanent Jr. E-Commerce Specialist to assist our Sr. E-Commerce Specialist in managing and growing our online store. This role focuses on website optimization, content updates, and supporting affiliate marketing efforts across multiple platforms. A minimum of 3 years of E-commerce experience is necessary. Key Responsibilities Online Product Listings: Create and update product listings on our various websites, including Shopify, Amazon, and other seller platforms. Ensure descriptions, images, and details are accurate, appealing, and optimized for each platform. SEO Optimization: Optimize product descriptions and on-page content to improve search engine visibility. Implement SEO best practices and stay updated on algorithm changes. Website Updates: Maintain and update website content, including landing pages, banners, and product categories. Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with current promotions. Affiliate Marketing Support: Assist in affiliate marketing assets, such as tracking links, promo banners, and creative content. Coordinate with affiliate partners by sending newsletters and promotional updates. Reporting & Analysis: Create and maintain regular reports to track E-commerce performance, including sales data, traffic insights, and SEO metrics. Identify trends and provide insights to support data-driven decisions. Trend Monitoring & Learning: Stay current on E-commerce and SEO trends, identifying new opportunities for optimization. Proactively recommend improvements and strategies based on industry developments. Project Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Sr. E-Commerce Specialist to plan and execute e-commerce projects, such as website enhancements, promotional campaigns, or platform integrations. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet performance goals. Quality Assurance: Regularly review the website and other seller platforms for content accuracy, broken links, and product detail issues. Work with the team to resolve any discrepancies promptly. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in E-commerce with strong SEO and Shopify CMS skills. SEO Skills: Expertise in keyword research, on-page optimization, and using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. Content Management: Skilled in product listings, landing pages, and content optimization. Data & Reporting: Ability to create and interpret e-commerce reports using Excel or Google Sheets. Technical Skills: Proficient in Shopify; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. Project Management: Strong organization and collaboration skills for project execution. Detail-Oriented: Sharp proofreading and QA abilities. Continuous Learning: Stays current on SEO and e-commerce trends. Education and Experience: Degree or Certification : A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications) or certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or project management are preferred but not required. E-commerce Platform Familiarity : Familiarity with E-commerce platforms like Shopify. Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a plus but not mandatory. Technical Skills : Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies can be helpful but is not required.
