From concept to completion, we guide every step of the process—including space planning, material and finish selections, furnishings, and project coordination. Our Principal Designer specializes in high-end residential design and is also a licensed real estate professional, so we help clients not only design exceptional spaces but also make smart decisions that maximize value and potential.


Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Junior Design Studio Assistant to support the Principal Designer and Design team in all aspects of design projects and studio operations. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone eager to learn, build their design career, and help create efficiencies within a fast-paced industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with design presentations, material sourcing, and showroom visits
  • Prepare and maintain client spreadsheets,
  • Research potential client opportunities and partnerships for studio growth
  • Assist designers with client presentations - design boards, specifications, etc.
  • Support project coordination and studio organization
  • Follow up with clients, vendors, contractors, and showroom representatives
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for projects as needed
  • Contribute to studio process improvements and workflow efficiencies
  • Create solutions and Coordinate studio by maintaining material library
  • Set up studio visits for new materials and learning opportunities


Experience Required:

  • 1-2 years of experience (sales, interior design, etc)
  • Interior Design degree OR
  • Business/Marketing Degree with a desire to learn about Interior Design


Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in AutoCad and Design software


Must Haves:

  • Eagerness to learn and a go-getter attitude
  • Confidence in client interactions and willingness to promote the business
  • Hands-on, self-motivated approach
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Desire to assist across all areas of design and project execution
