Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Client Account Manager to join our team. Ideal candidate is eager to learn, passionate about client success, and committed to going the extra mile. You’ll be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and providing solutions to help clients achieve their goals on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and meet client needs, building strong, long-lasting relationships.

Serve as the primary point of contact, connecting with clients via Skype, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

Regularly monitor and analyse clients' usage of our Marketplace to identify opportunities for improvement.

Generate and track client requirements monthly, and deliver it on time.

Proactively re-engage with clients who have stopped ordering to understand and address any issues.

Develop strategies to encourage inactive clients to resume their engagement with our platform.

Recommend websites and additional services based on the clients’ specific requirements.

Act as a client advocate, providing feedback to improve the buyer experience on our Marketplace.

Stay updated on all platform features and functionalities to guide clients effectively.

Collect feedback and reviews from clients to support service improvements and customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the sales team to grow account opportunities and escalate any challenging client issues.

Report bugs or improvement suggestions to the development team to enhance the user experience.

Key Requirements

2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services, preferably in digital marketing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients effectively.

Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Proficiency with communication tools (e.g., Skype, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and reporting tools.
