Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The Jr. Architect will work under the guidance of senior architects and project managers to assist in the design and development of architectural projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their architectural careers to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and design of architectural plans, drawings, and presentations.
• Work with senior architects to develop project designs from initial concept through to final completion.
• Support the preparation of design development and construction documentation.
• Produce detailed drawings using (AutoCAD, Revit, or other software) and 3D modeling tools.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure design feasibility and integration.
• Assist in the preparation of project specifications and material selections.
• Participate in site visits and attend meetings with clients and other project stakeholders.
• Support the creation of presentations for clients, stakeholders, and design reviews.
• Ensure that design work meets both aesthetic and technical requirements, including environmental considerations and sustainability standards.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, while maintaining quality control.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of professional architectural experience & internship experience.
• Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and other design-related tools.
• Basic understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with design principles, sustainability practices, and modern architectural trends.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering and visualization software (Lumion) is a plus.
