Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and processing of invoices for products or services provided by the division ensuring all sales and service transactions are billed promptly and correctly
• Coordinate payments to vendors for accounts payable and track incoming payments from clients for accounts receivable
• Oversee day-to-day activities within the division to ensure operations run smoothly including managing schedules tracking project timelines and coordinating with various teams
• Ensure the division has necessary resources such as personnel materials or technology by coordinating with other departments and managing internal requests
• Act as a liaison between the division and other departments or management communicating financial updates operational progress or challenges as necessary
• Assist in or oversee the execution of specific projects within the division including monitoring project budgets timelines and deliverables
• Report regularly to senior managers or executives on both financial and operational performance including monthly or quarterly reports on financial health budget adherence and division progress
