About the Role:

R.A.M.M., Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Payroll–HR Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Vice President, along with payroll processing, benefits reporting, and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and process weekly payroll in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and IRA contribution filings.
  • Maintain accurate records for Union benefits and ensure timely reporting.
  • Provide backup support to administrative and accounting departments as needed.
  • Assist with document preparation, correspondence, and general office duties.
  • Handle sensitive employee, payroll, and financial information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll entry experience.
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and employee benefits administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
