Work with PM and Sr accounting to submit to owner with job related waivers etc. Verifying and entering Change Orders (both Sub and Owner) in Sage 100 Contractor Collecting, reviewing, and processing Sub Draws. Textura software experience a plus. Verifying and entering Budget Adjustments, obtaining prior necessary approvals Entering, tracking, and issuing all vendor payments Collecting Conditional & Unconditional Waivers from Subcontractors Creating and maintaining Compliance Sheet for subcontractor billing documentation tracking purposes Textura. Recording and tracking any Lien Notices received from Subcontractor or Suppliers Filing, scanning and general Office Support Other special projects as required by the Construction Administration Manager Collecting and recording Insurance and ensuring overall compliance by Sub Processing Supplier, Vendor, and Misc. Invoices Close out monthly project accounting for assigned projects.
