Salary: $80,000–$115,000/year · Full-time

We are looking for a Job Captain/Project Architect to help us design and develop construction documents for a range of exciting and technically demanding healthcare projects—including Outpatient Practices, Diagnostic Imaging Centers, and Emergency Departments.

What We’re Looking For:

• A collaborative mindset and ability to foster a team environment
• Strong communication, graphic, organizational, technical, and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of building codes, standards, and structures
• Knowledge of FGI (Facility Guidelines Institute) Standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bluebeam, Word, and Excel
• Architectural license, NCIDQ certification, or on track for licensure
• Experience developing plan layouts and detailed construction documents
• Ability to research local/state building codes, accessibility standards, and FGI requirements
• Knowledge of building products and materials
