MSA Outsourcing Solutions is looking for a dedicated Credit Controller to join our team in the UK. As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of debts while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your expertise will help improve cash flow and minimize financial risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end credit control process.
• Management Inbox (admin) – morning review of all queries.
• Open any Credit Control cases accordingly.
• Manage and resolve queries.
• File all correspondence to Credit Control Case-Notes on Blocks Online.
• Follow up on Letters to Lenders (Sent & Received).
• Monitor the accounts ledger, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
• Raise reminders & apply charges as per schedule (Post and email out daily).
• Raise Letters to Lenders & ensure all charges applied after each cycle.
• Match incoming receipts daily with a day in lieu.
• Maintain the aged debtor reports monthly by CC to PMs & Quarterly.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of credit control, collections process, and payment terms.
• Excellent management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess financial data and credit risk.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
