I am looking for a skilled and proactive JIRA Developer to join my client in Riyadh, and take ownership of their JIRA environment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing custom solutions, optimizing workflows, and integrating JIRA with other tools to support seamless operations across our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized JIRA workflows, fields, screens, and permissions
• Build and maintain JIRA plugins and add-ons to enhance platform functionality
• Integrate JIRA with other systems and tools used across the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored JIRA solutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in JIRA development and administration
• Strong understanding of Atlassian tools and ecosystem
• Experience in custom plugin development using Java or ScriptRunner is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
