We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Jewelry Designer to join our creative team. This role focuses on designing innovative and high-quality jewelry pieces and ensuring they are production-ready. Additionally, experience with image and video editing for presenting designs is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Jewelry Design: Create and develop innovative jewelry designs based on production team guidelines and market trends.
• CAD Modeling: Produce detailed CAD models and STL files using software such as Rhino, ZBrush, or Blender.
• Rendering: Utilize rendering software like Keyshot, V-Ray, or Luxion to create realistic visual representations of designs.
• Image and Video Enhancement: Edit and retouch jewelry designs and promotional materials using Photoshop and Lightroom. Experience in video editing is a plus.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to align designs with production capabilities and brand aesthetics.
• Documentation: Maintain organized design files and documentation for efficient workflow and future reference.
  
  

Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in jewelry design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino, ZBrush, Blender).
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom for retouching and presentation.
• Familiarity with rendering software (Keyshot, V-Ray, Luxion).
• Experience in video editing and retouching is a significant advantage.
• A strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Creativity in developing unique, market-competitive designs.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work on-site at our Surat, Gujarat location.
  
  

Compensation

• INR 40,000 per month (gross) plus up to INR 20,000 monthly performance bonus (if earned).
