What You’ll Do
As a Java Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you'll work with modern tech stacks to test cloud-native applications. You'll be responsible for building automated test suites for APIs and web interfaces, ensuring quality across services, and mentoring junior testers.
Your Responsibilities
Develop automation frameworks for Java-based cloud web apps.
Work in cross-functional agile teams to design, execute, and analyze tests.
Automate UI and API testing using tools like Selenium, Protractor.
Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc testing to simulate real user scenarios.
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
Use BDD/TDD and industry best practices for high-quality deliverables.
Participate in daily standups and agile ceremonies.
Guide junior team members through mentoring and documentation.
