What You’ll Do

As a Technical Team Lead, you will:

• Mentor and lead a Java development team, serving as the primary source for technical guidance, best practices, and architectural direction.
• Continuously refine and optimize our development structure, tools, and standards to ensure robust performance, maintainability, and scalability.
• Oversee the design and implementation of application enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology trends.
• Explore and recommend emerging technologies, conducting R&D to future-proof our applications.
• Manage team performance and growth, including task assignments, training plans, and appraisals.
• Monitor project progress and timelines, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery.
• Act as a key liaison across departments, fostering collaboration and seamless integration with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Need

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing developers and remote teams.
• Strong passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest tech trends.
• Solid experience or knowledge in microservices architecture, Cloud technologies and DevOps practices
• Retail domain experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English
