Callibrity is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is remote based but must work on U.S. Eastern or Central Time working hours. Strongly prefer candidates in Midwestern and Eastern / Southeastern U.S. cities. Will not consider non-US based candidates.

As a Technical Lead, you are a leader by example, you are a subject matter expert, and you help lead strategic technical direction. You will get to interact with key client stakeholders on a regular basis and use your experience to prove business ROI through innovative greenfield technology solutions. Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience
• Experience with Git / GitHub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven or other similar tool is preferred
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, React, Version Control and Agile is preferred
• Desired experience with Kafka and Jenkins is a plus
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform preferred
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or developing applications for a major public cloud provider is a plus
• Extensive professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting
• Successfully solve Callibrity's CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges
• Interpersonal skills: Influencer, professionalism and accountability, passion for learning, us not them mentality, shared responsibility
