Skillset - Team / Project Leading Experience, Java, Spring, Springboot, Microservices, RestAPI, MongoDB and Kafka / RabbitMQ / ActiveMQ

• 8+ years of professional experience in leading and developing Java development with expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Batch.

•Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

•Strong knowledge of building and maintaining Microservices architectures, with practical experience in handling service orchestration and inter-service communication.

•Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing batch jobs with Spring Batch.

•Proficient in relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

•Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

•Strong experience with building RESTful APIs and services.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of application performance monitoring and troubleshooting in cloud environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
