Do you want to design and build next generation business applications using the latest technologies to build new Digital Banking experience? We’re looking for Software engineers, Domain Experts to:

• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services.
• analyse business requirements for the new Digital Banking within Wealth Management Americas
• design, plan and help deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages.
• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications.
• conduct Solution Feasibility, Design, Code reviews, Integration and Testing reviews as needed, along with business outcome with Product Owners participating in application integrations and dependency management.
• see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production in a large scale enterprise environment
  
  

Your team
You’ll be working in the Banker Desktop Technology crew, as part of the Digital Banking Initiative in Wealth management Americas. The team is adopting latest Agile practices in a fast-paced environment. Our technologies currently span a suit of Microsoft products such as D365, Data verse, striving for the best user experience. We plan to integrate with several third-party systems, internal and external with state-of-the-art choreography service layer.

Your expertise

• must have 13+ years of experience in Technology
• skill should be that of a software engineer/domain architect focused on System Design in Azure Cloud components and infrastructure.
• familiar with data storage solutions using Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake Storage, Data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
• familiar with API management, Integration Patterns, REST API, Event Driven Architecture, KAFKA, SAGA patterns, API Gateway, AKS Cluster management, JMeter and Unit testing, Release management and dependency management, Monitoring and Observability, using Azure HDInsight and Azure Stream Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana etc.
• perform data modelling and schema design for efficient data storage and retrieval, optimize data processing and storage for performance and cost efficiency, Implement security and compliance measures for data storage and
• understand the business need and accordingly develop and maintain System Design diagrams and documentation for all Integrations and stay up-to-date with new Azure services and technologies and evaluate their potential for improving System Design for the application.
• always strive for best solution for the business need and create short term Vs Long term perspectives and actively manage Tech Debt. Understand deployment challenges in a large initiative and maintain strict guidelines for Application objective.
• align with Central Architecture team and various other Controls to make sure the solution follows all aspects of Risk Management, Data confidentiality, Minimum Engineering Standards.
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a focus in Computer Science or similar areas.
