We're seeking a hands-on Java Solution Architect with strong experience in AWS and proven expertise in Insurance Claims systems. This is a high-impact role leading the design and delivery of scalable enterprise applications in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop Java-based solutions using Spring Boot

Build and deploy applications on AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway)

Design scalable microservices and lead integration efforts

Work closely with cross-functional teams on Claims workflows

Ensure adherence to performance, security, and best practices

Required Skills:

10+ years in Java/Spring Boot architecture

Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

In-depth knowledge of Insurance Claims systems

Proficient in microservices, REST APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD

Excellent communication & leadership skills
