Duties and Responsibilities:

Don’t settle for being just another cog in the wheel. Take ownership of your role and actively contribute to every aspect of software development:

• Participate in backlog refinement sessions by sharing constructive feedback with the Product Owner and team to shape the product’s direction
• Focus on coding—dedicate yourself to writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Engage in all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle: from analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Strive for continuous improvement by regularly reflecting on and enhancing your skills, and helping boost the team’s performance through retrospectives

Who we think will be a great fit:

We are seeking a skilled Java developer with strong programming abilities. While experience in AWS is a plus, it’s not mandatory. If you’re analytical and have a product-oriented mindset, we’d love to hear from you!

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Java versions 11 or 17
• Hands-on experience with popular Java frameworks such as AWS Serverless, Spring, Hibernate, or front-end frameworks like Vaadin or Angular, and tools like Docker
• A full-stack developer mindset, with the ability to work across both back-end and front-end technologies
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with team members

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with AWS Lambda or similar cloud services
• Basic skills in Terraform and Docker
