LOCATION              : New Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Primary Skill           : Java, Spring boot, Microservices, API Development, Kafka

Responsibilities:

• High-level and low-level design, documentation, implementation, and unit testing.
• Work in Agile-based global delivery teams using methods like SCRUM, Kanban, etc.
• Code review, troubleshooting, deployment support, development, and maintenance.
• Understand business requirements, create technical designs, and build solutions.
• Analyze, estimate, plan, and deliver solutions individually and in collaboration with the team.
• Mentor and provide technical grooming to team members.
• Daily customer interactions, including:
• Daily standups
• Sprint planning
• Scheduling
• Status reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Developers, QA, DevOps, and Infra.
• Exhibit business-proficient written and verbal English communication skills.

Requirements and Skills:

• 8-12 years of experience in software development with Java as the primary tech stack.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solution design and delivery.
• Experience with:
• Microservices design patterns
• Integration design patterns
• Best practices and standards
• Proficiency in:
• Java Spring Boot for microservices, web, and API development.
• Messaging architectures like Kafka (minimum 1-year experience).
• Development tools such as VSCode, Git, JIRA, Confluence, RDS, etc.
• Linux command line (Ubuntu).
• Familiarity with DevOps and Infra tools like Jenkins, Azure, AWS.
• Experience in Agile-based development.
• Flexibility with working hours.

Must Have:

• Experience with UI development using Angular, HTML/CSS, etc.

Education / Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent field.
