Java Software Engineer - Regulatory Reporting

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to bring onboard a Regulatory Reporting Software Engineer to join our compliance/IT team. As a Regulatory Reporting Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of mission critical systems and will have the chance to learn from experienced technical leaders. You will get the opportunity to work with an array of languages and technologies and be a part of a rapidly growing team. The main responsibility will be to work with the compliance team and gather and interpret data, generate regulatory reports, and ensure accurate data representation, serving as a bridge between business units and tech teams. If you're a self-starter, motivated, passionate, and obsessive about technology, this is the place for you.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years professional experience
• Strong experience: Core Java, Spring, Service Architecture (SOA), Linux
• Preferred experience: Spring Boot, ELK stack, Kafka (or other middleware), Redis
• Nice to have: Relational Databases, Jenkins, Docker
• Ability to work in fast-paced, distributed environment with shifting priorities
• Team first mentality and strong passion for technology
Nice to Haves:
• Regulatory Reporting experience
• Have a Series 57 or willing to attain one
