Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java (11+), Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Build robust microservices with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
• Manage builds and dependencies using Gradle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first, agile environment.
• Engage in code reviews, testing, and architecture discussions.

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Practical experience with Apache Kafka and Gradle.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
