Responsibilities

• Lead one or more technical projects with low to moderate complexity, leaning more toward moderately complex problems.
• Lead a team of developers and testers to execute the project(s) from inception to production.
• Collaborate with multiple internal Agile teams to execute the projects successfully.
• Adept in one or more coding languages and open-source frameworks.
• Ability to create distributed systems using micro-services and event-driven architecture.
• Coach, mentor and lead the developers.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• Job-specific skills (Good in Java).
• Experience building streaming data applications (Spark Streaming, Kafka, Kinesis, etc. ).
• Experience using CICD practices.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Ability to lead and manage teams up to size 8
• At least 1 year of experience with AWS.
• Ability to build Cloud Native applications.
• Understanding of AWS services (Rt53 Compute, S3 Lambda, Database).
• Understanding of Dockerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
