Job Title: Java Fullstack Developer

Location: India (On-site)

Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java and related technologies.
• Implement front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS.
• Build RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Work with SQL databases to design and optimize backend data structures.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
• Use version control systems like Git for effective source code management.
• Write unit tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development and production environments.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the existing tech stack.
• Contribute to Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to promote a learning culture.
• Document application processes, changes, and functionalities for future reference.
• Adhere to best practices in software development methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Fullstack Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring framework, and related technologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS or Angular.
• Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, particularly SQL.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and improving existing processes.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
