The Role

• Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle.
• Design, implement and maintain Java-based/Angular applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.
• Analyze user requirements to define business objectives.
• Envisioning system features and functionality.
• Define application objectives and functionality.
• Ensure application designs conform with business goals.
• Develop and test software.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues arising.
• Create detailed design documentation.
• Propose changes to current Java infrastructure.
• Develop technical designs for application development.
• Develop multimedia applications.
• Write well-designed, testable code.
• Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Manage Java and Java EE/Angular or React application development.
• Develop documentation to help users.
• Transforming requirements into stipulations.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review.
  
  

Requirements

• 6 + years of strong hands on development experience.
• Develop application code and unit test in the Rest Web Services, Spring, Spring Boot, Java-J2EE and related open source technologies.
• Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest NodeJS based Front End Technologies like React, Stencil, Angular or Vue.
• Well versed with Cloud technologies Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL, AWS.
• Experience with RESTful services.
• Responsible for leading design & development of micro-services built using Sprint-boot on Cloud.
• Perform product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis.
• Ensure high performance applications which are secure and scalable.
• Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, JS and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation techniques.
• Integrate content feeds via API, JSON, XML, and RSS from both internal and external sources.
• Hands-on design & development experience on Cloud.
• Exposure to Pivotal Cloud Foundry will be an added advantage.
• Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp.
• Familiar with testing frameworks (Ex. Testerman, JUnit, Karate, Cucumber, Jest, Jasmine Test runner framework (Ex. Cucumber, Selenium).
• Performance Test using Dynatrace.
• Document application components for support and training materials for Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
