Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement end-to-end software solutions using the Java technology stack. You will be expected to lead projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications.
• Architect and implement scalable and efficient server-side logic using Java frameworks.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using modern frameworks such as React, Angular
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and contribute to company innovation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in full stack development using Java.
• Proficient in front-end technologies and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Strong experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• In-depth knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring junior developers.
