About this Client Engagement
Phi Partners is collaborating with a leading Asian banking group since 2017, delivering services across FO eTrading Technology, Pricing & Risk, and FO Market Data fields.
Our client has undertaken a multi-year initiative to enhance their Front Office eTrading System, which we have been supporting since 2020 both across London and NY. The USA use a different instance, and we have been asked to allocate a team to support the design and development of this low-latency electronic trading platform for use of interest rate swaps, US treasuries and futures.
The initiative will primarily involve the quality enhancement of the legacy Raptor system, including the transition to a microservices based stack over a multi-year period. In addition, you will be working with the team to support increasing demand, implementation of new products and functionalities required by the business.
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate directly with Traders, Quantitative, FO IT, Risk and compliance teams and leverage modern technologies, data and software architectures. We are looking for seasoned Java Developers to join our growing international team. This is a team of highly talented individuals, with the opportunity to foster innovation in the long term.

The role will require strong collaboration with Front Office such as Traders / FO Developers (client facing responsibility) to deliver effective solutions. This will allow you to take ownership of more complex initiatives over time, as the team will grow organically under the guidance of senior leaders.
