Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists to executives is key to be successful in this role. The resource is expected to work with a global team involving multiple vendors. This is an independent positions and ability work with minimal to no supervision from day 1 is mandatory. A bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent is mandatory. Mandatory Skills * Clojure programming knowledge mandatory * Core Java, OOP concepts * Awareness on Cassandra and no sql databases Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Proficiency in Core Java and Clojure programming languages * Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming principles * Proven experience as a Clojure developer or significant experience with functional programming languages * Strong understanding of Clojure, including its syntax, core libraries, and ecosystem * Familiarity with functional programming concepts such as immutability, pure functions, and higher-order functions * Experience with ClojureScript and front-end development frameworks (e.g., Reagent, Rum) is a plus * Proficiency in using Clojure tools such as Leiningen, Boot, and Figwheel * Knowledge of database systems, both relational NoSQL (e.g., Datomic, MongoDB) and (e.g., PostgreSQL) * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Strong communication and collaboration abilities * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
