Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements to propose effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and document application systems, focusing on web and microservices architectures.
• Assess feasibility and resource needs for system enhancements and new features.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing IT applications.
• Assist end-users by addressing information queries and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including management and vendors, to deliver robust solutions.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• A recognized university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on the following:
• Java and J2EE programming.
• Spring Boot for building scalable applications.
• Microservices architecture and cloud-based development.
• PostgreSQL database management and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) for containerized deployments.
• Proficiency in web development technologies, including JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including:
• Azure DevOps (Git, deployment pipelines, repositories, boards, test plans, artifacts).
• Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify business processes, and mitigate system design risks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Fast learner with a creative and innovative approach to adopting new technologies.
• Good documentation and report-writing abilities.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
