Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with various services.
• Utilize the Spring framework to build robust, scalable features.
• Develop data access layers using Hibernate ORM for efficient database operations.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Optimize application performance through code refactoring and improvements.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Document development processes, code changes, and deployment procedures.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with the QA team to define test cases and perform testing.
• Assist in the deployment of applications in production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge of Java technologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).
• Understanding of application security principles.
• Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
