Job Title: Java Developer with React Experience

We are seeking a talented Java Developer with expertise in React to join our team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications while working on both the backend and frontend. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Java development combined with hands-on experience in React for building dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Java Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient. Work with RESTful APIs and microservices to support seamless interactions with the frontend.

React Frontend Development: Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js. Ensure a smooth, dynamic user experience across various devices and browsers.

System Integration: Collaborate with other developers to integrate backend systems with frontend applications, ensuring smooth data flow and interaction between the layers of the application.

Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code following Java and React best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency on both the client and server sides.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Java, React, and software development. Implement improvements and optimizations based on emerging 5-10 years of professional experience in Java development.

• Proven experience in building modern web applications using React.js.
• Strong understanding of Java-based frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other frontend technologies.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems like Git.
