🔍 What We’re Looking For:

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Java Developer with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade software using cutting-edge technologies.

👨‍💻 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions

✔ Write clean, testable, and well-documented code

✔ Design and maintain distributed systems with high availability

✔ Collaborate across teams and contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle

✔ Analyze, troubleshoot, and continuously improve system performance

✔ Stay curious and continuously upgrade your tech stack

🛠️ Must-Have Skills:

✅ Proficient in Java and its ecosystem

✅ Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, Play Framework

✅ Understanding of Microservices, RESTful APIs, OOPS, and design patterns

✅ Familiar with MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch

✅ Experience with version control (GIT), build tools (Maven, Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines

✅ Strong understanding of JVM internals and clean coding practices

✨ Nice-to-Have:

🔸 Experience with Kafka or any message queue

🔸 Understanding of distributed caching (Redis, Aerospike)

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
