For one of our Client in the Insurance Segment, we are searching for a Regular or Senior Java developer with JSF.

Responsibilities:

• - Analysis, designing and development
• - Perform proactive production support activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation
• - Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance
• - Strong communication and presentation skills.
• - Work hours are 10am - 7pm Mexico time
• - Should be flexible to provide extended production support / support to the team on need basis (extended support during outages; weekend support a few times a month based on team roster)

Mandatory Skills Description:

• - Minimum 3-5 years Java experience
• - Concept of Core Java and Sound knowledge on JSF
• - Good at analysis, designing and development using Java 8.0 & above
• - Analytical and technical knowledge on basic SQL and Reporting tools.
• - Perform proactive production support activities, engage in automation activities, and perform root cause analysis and remediation
• - Knowledge and experience in Software development lifecycle.
• - Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance
• - Lead and mentor/guide team
• - Experience working in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) project management framework.
• - Strong communication and presentation skills.
• - Hands on experience in providing production support
• - Should be flexible to provide extended support to the team on need basis.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• - Technical certification preferred and/or required, where applicable
• - Understanding of Life & Annuity Insurance products (strongly preferred)
