Have discussions with other people in the tech team on how to tackle technical problems. Work from home or meet face to face with your colleagues in Porto. Figure out feature specifications and come up with clever ways to implement them. Design and code so that your work can easily be tested and that it has a high quality. Work with other developers and the product owner to estimate the size of work packages. Requirements You have: a m aster’s degree in software engineering or computer science (or equivalent by experience), 3 years of experience, good knowledge of Java and the Spring (Boot) framework, knowledge of cloud based enterprise software, good written and oral English communication skills, and a team mindset.
