We are seeking a Java Developer to enhance and maintain existing Java-based applications related to SwiftNet XML validation and messaging while also contributing to new projects. The role requires expertise in Java enterprise programming and XML manipulation. SwiftNet-specific knowledge will be provided through training.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain four Java applications focused on SwiftNet XML validation and messaging.
• Develop new projects, including a validation consolidation tool and a web-based monitoring console.
• Work with Java 8, RHEL, IntelliJ, Git (Bitbucket), Jira, and Confluence.
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and test new features.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow Agile development practices.
  
  

Our Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineerimng or relevant field
• Solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals (databases, concurrency, security, and networking).
• 5+ years of experience with Java
• 5+ years of experience with XML Document Management –
• Proeficiency with Bitbucket and IntelliJ
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.
• Availability to work on-site at least 2 days per week, based on project needs.
