We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build RESTful web services and integrate with front-end applications and external systems.
• Work with both MongoDB and MySQL for data storage, optimization, and query performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in peer reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Monitor and optimize application performance.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (8+) and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience working with MongoDB and MySQL databases.
• Proficient in designing and consuming RESTful web services.
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and microservices architecture.
• Prior experience in a product-based company is a must.
