Should be from B.Tech.(IT/CS) with IT Product companies background. 3-6 years of experience managing end to end Java development. Should have extensive experience in various Java, J2EE design patterns. Should have hands-on coding experience, knowledge of Linux and Unix systems and their commands. Should have hands-on experience Rational database designing, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
