Job Details:

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $50 Hourly

Summary:

We are looking for a Java Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in both Java and Spring. The ideal candidate will be proficient in backend development, capable of building reliable and maintainable systems, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture and solution design.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
