Your new role

Develop Web applications to support the business needs in an agile environment
Analyze, implement, and document change requests and new features
Propose architectural solutions for resource and performance optimization
Work closely with team members to support the software throughout the entire development lifecycle
Develop the full stack of a web application using a TDD approach
Maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
Propose iteration content based on technical dep and business priority
Assign tasks to team members according to availability, experience, and skills
Offer guidance to junior colleagues
Communicate and coordinate with the DEV&QA team members and external collaborators
Close collaboration with support team to handle 3rd-level issues
Moderate and facilitate communication during daily meetings within the team
Attend in-person meetings on a weekly basis

Your Qualifications

10+ Years experience in developing web applications in Spring Boot and Java EE (JPA, Web Services, JSF/JSP)
Hands-on experience in Angular Front-End development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript)
Knowledge of SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server), Maven, Git (GitLab nice to have), Azure DevOps(TFS)
Previous experience with Oracle WebLogic is a must. Knowledge of Tomcat and Kafka is considered a plus.
Relevant experience with Azure and AWS.
Strong foundation of OOP, design patterns, clean code, architectural patterns, and infrastructure as code.
Result-oriented and quality-conscious, and you have a structured and systematic approach to your work.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders (teammates, customers)
Good English skills/ both verbal and written.
German language will be a plus.
