What will make you successful in this position? + Having strong experience in React JS, Node JS, and Next JS. + Ideally having experience in Product Content and Info Management and Multi-Channel domains. + Having a strong understanding of web development best practices. What will be your mission? + Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for complex projects. + Oversee the development and implementation of Java-based solutions to meet business needs. + Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to drive business decisions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives. + Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and technical specifications. + Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and validate business requirements. + Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and meet the highest quality standards. + Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. + Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate testing activities. + Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions. + Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
