Key Responsibilities:

• Application Maintenance & Monitoring: Regularly monitor and maintain the application to ensure optimal performance.
• Bug Fixes: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs efficiently to minimize system downtime.
• Minor Enhancements: Implement minor enhancements to improve the application's functionality and user experience.
• Support Requests: Provide timely and effective support to agents, addressing and resolving their queries and issues.
• Understand System Flows: Develop a strong understanding of the application's flows to effectively manage frequent support requests.

Required Technical Skills:

Java 1.7, Java Servlet, Struts: Strong proficiency in these languages and frameworks.

Development & Deployment Tools:

• Eclipse: Experience with this Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
• WebLogic Server: Knowledge of this application server is essential.
• Java JDK: Proficient in using the Java Development Kit.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• ANT: Basic knowledge of this build tool.
• Jenkins: Familiarity with this automation server.
