Job Description
You will be the JASSM (Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile) Development Program Manager for our team, responsible for leading the execution of JASSM Missile Operating Flight Program (MOFP) contracts. Our team is responsible for developing and integrating advanced capabilities for the JASSM cruise missile franchise, with a focus on next-generation variants and mission planning tools.
What You Will Be Doing
As the JASSM Development Program Manager, you will lead the execution of MOFP roadmaps, coordinating with program leads and managers to ensure seamless integration of missile software and successful qualification of each JASSM variant. You will identify barriers and risks to software development and execute plans to mitigate them, while also capturing new business opportunities through collaboration with customers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading the execution of JASSM MOFP roadmaps and aligning with hardware configuration programs
- Coordinating with program leads and managers to ensure seamless integration of missile software
- Identifying and mitigating risks to software development, including leading Agile software development and automation of software qualification
- Capturing new business through collaboration with customers and developing RFPs, proposals, and negotiations

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
