Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2B client accounts with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical consultation, product demos, and tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documentation in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct presentations and participate in meetings with Japanese clients (in-person and virtual).
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer support teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development strategies.
• At least 1 year of B2B/Account Management
• Handled pre-sales and/or post-sales discussion with the clients
• Basic syntax and commands used in Linux
• Experience in Cloud Services/Providers (AWS/Azure/OpenStack)
• Knowledgeable on Networking and Security Compliances (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in security compliances/standards (NIS2, PCI)
• Best fit for IT and computer engineering courses

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or high N2 preferred)
• Business-level English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field preferred
• Proven experience in B2B sales, pre-sales, or technical account management
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work in or relocate to Taguig City, Metro Manila
