Tips: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Japanese Language Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching the Japanese language to students, preparing them for exams, and managing various administrative tasks related to the language program. The instructor will work closely with senior teachers and educational institutions to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Teaching:

• Provide comprehensive lessons in Japanese language and culture, catering to students of various proficiency levels.
• Conduct engaging classroom activities that encourage participation and promote language acquisition.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.

Exam Preparation:

• Prepare students for Japanese language proficiency exams.
• Design and deliver effective skill-building activities to enhance reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities.

Administrative Tasks:

• Handle paperwork related to students, including filling out application and exam forms.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance and performance.
• Coordinate with college or educational institutions for administrative support.

Communication:

• Collaborate with senior teachers and school administration for curriculum development and student assessments.
• Engage with the institution on any academic or administrative matters.
• Offer guidance and mentoring to students to ensure their academic success.

Qualifications

Skills, Education, Experience, or Certifications.

• apable of handling paperwork.
• Proficient in working with computers.
• Can fill out application and exam forms.
• Can prepare students for exams (skills preparation).
• Able to manage communication with senior teachers.
• Can coordinate with the college or educational institution.
• Proficiency in handling computers for administrative tasks (form filling, record-keeping, etc.).
• Strong communication skills for dealing with students and collaborating with senior staff.
• Ability to prepare students effectively for Japanese language exams.
• Knowledge of the Japanese language at an advanced level (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in Japanese language instruction.
