Janitorial Floor Care Account Manager / Operations Manager

Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Start Time: 3:00 AM daily

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Janitorial Cleaning Account Manager / Operations Manager to oversee cleaning operations for multiple retail store locations in Cleveland, OH. This role requires extensive floor care experience and involves an early morning start time of 3:00 AM. The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for performance, compliance, and profitability of assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations starting at 3:00 AM across several retail sites.
• Supervise and support janitorial and floor care teams, including shift supervisors.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations staff.
• Maintain floor care standards, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Manage budgets related to labor, supplies, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure client satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Track and report performance metrics on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of janitorial experience with a strong focus on floor care (strip, wax, buff, carpet).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, budgeting, and team management.
• Must be able to consistently start work at 3:00 AM.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic technology.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
