Duties and Responsibilities Complete the weekly schedule for cleaning staff Manage daily schedules, including lunches and breaks Interview and train new staff Keep track of inventory needs Assist with administrative tasks as needed Maintain quality standards Complies with all EHS and quality policies and procedures Must be able to work 8-10 hour shifts on your feet This position requires great communication and extreme attention to detail Required to work well in a team/group environment in solving issues that arise Take the initiative to strive for continuous knowledge and skills building by listening to others' ideas or instruction given, asking the right questions, participating in meetings, providing feedback as needed Must show respect to others, and promote/maintain a harassment free environment, work ethically and with integrity to support the organization's goals and values Must be able to adapt to a changing work environment, and react well under pressure Must be able and willing to pick up shifts that become vacant due to call offs in the event a floater is not available for coverage Qualification Janitorial experience in a clean room environment preferred Prior management experience preferred Janitorial or housekeeping experience Human resources or management experience is a plus Organizational and leadership skills Basic computer proficiency Candidate must consent to a criminal background check and E-Verify verification Ability to follow verbal directions Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills Pays attention to detail when cleaning Relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and mental ability Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Evening shift Night shift Ability to commute/relocate: Saint Paul, MN 55108: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
