We are seeking a Junior IVR Medical Coder to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. The role involves coding medical records using ICD-10 and assisting with the integration of IVR systems in healthcare settings.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in medical coding with demonstrated experience in ICD-10 coding (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of healthcare terminology (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with medical billing processes and systems
• Knowledge of CPT coding standards
• Good grasp of anatomy and physiology concepts
• Hands-on experience with IVR systems

Roles And Responsibilities

• Accurately code medical records using ICD-10 standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and comprehensive coding
• Assist in integrating IVR systems within the medical coding and billing processes
• Review and validate recorded voice interactions for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure that all coded data complies with both internal and external guidelines
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on coding standards and software updates
• Support the billing department with coding-related inquiries and audits
