Validate call flows, voice prompts, and system responses to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Perform functional, regression, and load testing on IVR applications to verify performance under different conditions.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Troubleshoot and analyze test failures, identifying root causes and working with development teams for resolution.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to refine test cases and improve automation coverage.
Ensure compliance with telecom protocols and standards, including SIP, VoIP, and telephony integrations.
Document test results, defects, and improvements using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Confluence.
Enhance automation frameworks by implementing reusable components and optimizing test execution.
Required Skills:
4yrs+ experience in IVR testing with tools like Cyara, Hammer, or Empirix.
Strong knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, or custom IVR automation tools).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
Understanding of telephony protocols (SIP, VoIP, CTI, and call routing).
Experience with API testing (Postman, Rest Assured) for backend IVR integrations.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab) for automated test execution.
Ability to work in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning and stand-ups.
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for IVR call flow validation
