Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Training Institute Manager to lead and manage the operations of our institute in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT education/training, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing teams and academic programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

# Lead the overall strategic planning, development, and execution of institute operations to achieve growth and excellence in IT training.

# Drive business development initiatives, including partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and promotional strategies to increase admissions and market presence.

# Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for departments including training, administration, marketing, and student support.

# Oversee curriculum planning in collaboration with academic leads, ensuring alignment with current and emerging industry trends.

# Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control to ensure the center’s profitability and operational efficiency.

# Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of trainers and staff to build a high-performing team.

# Ensure compliance with internal policies, accreditation requirements, and legal/regulatory standards.

# Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to continuously improve training delivery and student satisfaction.

# Represent the institute in external forums, events, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility and credibility.

# Regularly report to senior management with updates on institutional performance, challenges, and opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

·      5–6 years of relevant experience in IT training, educational management, or similar roles.

·      Proven leadership and people management skills.

·      Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

·      Knowledge of current IT industry trends and popular technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Cloud, Data Science, etc.).

·      Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and digital tools is an added advantage.
