Delaware North is hiring a full-time Training Analyst, IT Implementation Team to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Training Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of the property and the business are met with each application implementation. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,800 - $92,900 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Assist the project team with implementations, providing support where needed
- Document property assets, applications, and integrations, ensuring accurate records
- Test systems and create repeatable processes for training purposes, developing and engaging users in training programs
- Prepare documents and materials for seamless handoff to the client delivery and support team, integrating best practices into training sessions
- Comply with and enforce IT and company-wide policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to standards
More About You
- Associate degree or equivalent in information management, business administration, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry
- Proven confidence in providing training in an open forum
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale, hospitality, and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in documentation, training, and project management
- Experience with SharePoint, CoPilot, and Service Now is a plus
