IT Technician Department: Corporate/Administrative Employment Type: Full Time Location: Berlin, NJ Reporting To: James Gibson Compensation: $35,000 - $75,000 / year Description Churchill Consulting Engineers is seeking a full-time entry-level IT employee to join our team to support our organization's goals. Candidates should be ready and open to learn, implement, and research various technologies. Key Responsibilities * Basic network troubleshooting * Assist manager with larger projects * Managing firewalls, switches, and WAPS. * Radius, Endpoint and Site-to-Site VPN * SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS management * OS Upgrades * Endpoint security * Email Security * Monitor and Review Logs * Manage PC deployments, upgrades, and maintenance Skills, Knowledge and Expertise * Industry certifications preferred (CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or similar) * Associate's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Fast learner and the desire to expand knowledge. * Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks. * Windows OS and Windows Server OS knowledge and experience. * Office 365 administration experience * Experience with Meraki networking a plus * Cloud platform experience a plus Travel Requirements: * Occasional travel may be required to visit multiple New Jersey business offices. On-Call Responsibilities: * Limited on-call duties for urgent security incidents.
